Feel like yourself again.
Dr. Bridget Ross, Naturopathic Doctor
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.
You might be looking for support with a stress-related symptom like fatigue, burnout, digestion or PMS, BUT you don’t need another person telling you to “just manage your stress” or a mile long list of supplements or a restrictive diet plan.
Maybe you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, struggling with your cycle, not sleeping well, dealing with digestive symptoms, or simply feeling like yourself.
You know you don’t feel your best BUT you don’t understand what is causing what or where to even begin.
I help women understand the connection between their body, nervous system, emotions, hormones, and lived experience so they can feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to themselves again. This is the basic framework of what is called mind body medicine.
My goal isn’t to give you another overwhelming list of things you “should” be doing.
It’s to help you understand what your body may be asking for and create a plan that actually fits you.
If this resonates, I’d love to connect.
You don’t have to do this alone.
Whole Heartedly,
Dr. Bridget Ross, ND

Pillars of My Work
Stress Resilience
When we are better able to cope & adapt to life stressors, we give our body its best chance to grow, repair & heal. My work isn’t about promising a perfectly stress-free life. It’s about helping you develop the skills, awareness, and resilience to meet life differently and giving your body the support it needs along the way.
Emotional Regulation & Wellness
Stuck emotions like shame & fear can sometimes hold us back from living a vibrant life. It shapes the way we live, the choices we make & relationships we hold. Healing happens when we learn how to feel, process & metabolize our emotions.
Women & Maternal Health
A women’s cycle means a constant shifting of hormones. Supporting the body to best adapt to these shifts is key. Additionally, motherhood is a life changing experience that demands so much. Whether her child is 0 or 17, supporting mother’s body, mind & spirit for the health of her & her family is crucial.
